Aloha.

I’m Betty Bookster and I’m a reader (you could probably guess that from my name) and I’m starting a book blog. Now, I know what you’re thinking, “OMG. Another book guru who needs to inform people who don’t really care about her knowledge of books.” And while I can’t say you’re entirely wrong, you’re not all that right either. I’m not a book guru, I’m not going to explain to you why #3 on NY’s Best Seller List should be #2. Rather, I’m here to convey my love of books I’ve read and enjoyed (or not enjoyed). This isn’t a blog for everyone but I am certain that there are some fellow bookies out there who, like me, can never find a good review on a book or can never decide on what book to read.

I will do reviews on books that matter to me and should (probably will) matter to you. I’ve combined my love of writing and reading into ONE. HUGE. PASSION. And that’s where the adventure begins. So join me as we go through emotional roller-coasters of less reviewed books and together we’ll find out what books I, Betty Bookster and you like best.
